Company vans, pool cars or staff's own cars - every work journey is part of your duty of care. Staff-owned cars are the easiest to miss: they show up on mileage claims, not in your vehicle checks.

Can you train staff in their own cars?
Yes - training in the car they drive every day is the point. The session runs under the driver's own motor insurance, so their policy needs to include business use. Anyone driving their own car for work should already have this. We don't provide vehicle insurance, so if a driver isn't sure, they should check with their insurer before the session.
Do you provide vehicles?
No - we train in your own vehicles, whether they're pool cars, vans or staff-owned cars.
How many drivers can you train in a day?
Each trainer covers 2 drivers a day. For bigger teams we bring more trainers, so everyone can be trained on the same day.
Are the checklist and check log really free?
Yes. Use them whether or not you book training. The check log runs in your own systems, so your drivers' data stays with you.
Where do you train?
Across the UK. Training can start from your site or from your driver's home - whichever suits them best.
